Class Schedule is updated beginning of each Month. Any changes to class times are updated frequently below and on our social media.

Our classes are fresh, fun, and challenging. Our instructors are motivating and ready to help you reach your goals! Each class is tailored to our members for optimum results and safety. Whether you are looking for a sweat-filled challenge or serenity and Zen, we have a group fitness class for you!  All classes are 1 hour unless specified.
