RATES

CFF yearly memberships include access to our 24/7 gym, three (3) personal training sessions, unlimited tanning, pool, and hot tub use.

CFF also offers day passes, weekend rates and 10 visit Punch-Cards to those visiting from out of town or those just wanting to try us out!  In addition, CFF is willing to "freeze" a membership once for a minimum of 30 days and a Maximum of 90 days. Each freeze is a cost of $10 and will freeze time and payment.
